We are looking for a Service Owner in Digital Commerce for a long-term assignment with a larger international industrial company. In this role, you will hold a key position responsible for further developing and managing digital commerce solutions supported by Google's applications and platforms. The assignment combines strategic responsibility with operational execution and involves close collaboration with both business and technology in a global context.

You will be a central driving force in ensuring that digital commerce services are efficient, secure, and scalable, while meeting business needs and future ambitions.

In this role, you are responsible for gathering and understanding business requirements and translating them into clear strategies for how Google's applications are best utilized within the digital commerce ecosystem. You will lead projects end-to-end, from initiation and planning to execution, follow-up, and reporting, with responsibility for time, scope, and quality.

The work also includes the integration of Google's tools, such as Google Marketing Platform, Google Cloud Platform, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager, with existing systems and platforms. You will work with both front-end and back-end functionality, optimizing solutions according to business needs and ensuring that robust security measures are implemented in accordance with applicable regulations and best practices.

Furthermore, you will act as an advisor and subject matter expert, conducting training for internal stakeholders, providing ongoing support, and analyzing performance to identify improvement opportunities that drive efficiency and business value.

We are looking for someone with a relevant academic background in IT, computer science, or business, as well as documented experience in project management within digital commerce or IT-related operations. You have deep expertise in Google's application suite and a good understanding of both user-facing and administrative functions. You also have experience in information security and implementing security solutions in digital environments.

You are communicative, confident in dialogue with many stakeholders, and have the ability to translate complex data and technical relationships into clear recommendations and decision-making support. Certifications in project management or Google Cloud are advantageous.

To succeed in this assignment, you are structured, analytical, and solution-oriented. You thrive in a role with significant responsibility, are self-driven, and have an easy time building trust and consensus between technology and business. You are comfortable in an international environment and handle both Swedish and English fluently in speech and writing.
